Keep crime low through ensuring constant patrolling presence

Ensure we maintained a less than 5-minute response time to all calls for service

Ensure we maintained 24/7 coverage 

Ensure we maintained our relationships with the residents through community policing

Ensure we maintained our comradery with other local agencies through strong teamwork

Ensure we maintain the walk ability of the town through speed enforcement on Washington Street

Emphasize  enforcement of our crosswalk and bike lanes for both drivers and pedestrians safety

Ensured we maintained a heavy and constant presence of nighttime business check to prevent break-ins

Mission

The Haymarket Police Department, in dedicated service to the Town of Haymarket, guards and protects the life, property, and constitutional rights of all people in the community in order to
facilitate and foster a safe and secure community.
