Snow Removal Policy

Town Manager Kyriazi and Chief Sibert have reviewed the current conditions of the Town's streets and sidewalks. With the current conditions, accumulation of several inches of sleet on top of the snow and the cold temperatures, Town Manager Kyriazi has extended the Snow Policy timeframe to clear sidewalks until Friday, January 30, 2026. We will continue to monitor conditions and adjust accordingly.

Chief Sibert has been in touch with VDOT; VDOT has advised they will be in Town working on neighborhood roads soon.

Please keep in mind due to the icy conditions and amount of sleet that came down, the crews are working hard to clear the snow, however it is taking longer than expected.
