Planning Commission

The Town of Haymarket Planning Commission is a five-member body appointed by the Town Council, with each member serving a four-year term. The Planning Commission is responsible for reviewing zoning and land use matters and is supported by the Town Planner, Lydia Schauss, (lschauss@townofhaymarket.org) and Zoning Administrator Emily Kyriazi (ekyriazi@townofhaymarket.org). The Planning Commission reviews applications for zoning district changes, special use permits, zoning ordinance and comprehensive plan amendments, and other land use and zoning matters. 

The Commission meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall, 15000 Washington Street, Suite 100.
