Bids for the Town of Haymarket Town Park Streetscape Improvements Project, IFB 2023-01 were opened at 3:01 pm on November 3, 2023. Having determined the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the Town of Haymarket Town Park Streetscape Improvements Project, IFB 2023-01, the Town intends to award the Contract to M&F Concrete, Inc in the amount of $643,527.80.

Invitation to Bid – IFB No. 2023-01
Haymarket Town Park Streetscape Improvements Project
The Town of Haymarket, Virginia invites interested parties to submit construction bids on the Haymarket Town Park Streetscape Project. The Project consists of the construction of 540 linear feet of bike lane, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, associated infrastructure, and demolition as indicated on the project plans at the Town Park located at 14170 Washington Street, Haymarket, VA 20169. The goal of this project is to connect and extend the streetscape improvements from where they currently stop at the east side of the Haymarket Baptist Church property to the curb ramp at the corner of Bleight Drive and Washington Street to encourage pedestrian access to the Town Park. The completed project must meet any and all requirements of the approved project plans, bid documents and for final acceptance by the Town of Haymarket and Virginia Department of Transportation.
Bids are due to Town Hall located at 15000 Washington Street, Suite 100, Haymarket, VA 20169 by 3:00 pm on Friday, November 3, 2023 at 3:00 pm. All technical and contractual inquiries must be made, in writing, to Emily Kyriazi, Town Manager, at ekyriazi@townofhaymarket.org.
