The Adobe Acrobat Reader allows you to view, navigate, and print following PDF forms. If you do not have Acrobat Reader on your computer, you can download Acrobat Reader free.

See attached FEE SCHEDULE for the costs of projects in town.  This includes application fees, as well as Building Official fees (Inspections, Plan Review, etc).

As the entire Town of Haymarket is considered "Historic", please also download the ARB Guidelines.  This shows what styles, colors, etc. will be acceptible in the Town by the Architectural Review Board.  Most applications will go before the Zoning Administrator and/or the Architectural Review Board.

The Planning Commission Agenda Review takes place 10 days prior to the meeting.  Please have your applications in no later than the Friday, 10 days before, the Planning Commission Meeting.  i.e., if the PC meeting is Monday October 12th, the review of the Agenda will be Friday, October 2nd.

For the Architectural Review Board, your application will need to be turned into the Clerk's office the week prior to the meeting.
