Sherrie Wilson, Deputy Clerk
Born in Leesburg, VA, Sherrie's traveled much in her life due to
her Father being a Pastor for a Church.  But she mainly stayed
in Northern Virginia, which she calls home.  She brings to the
Town over 25 years of office experience.  She currently is the
Clerk to the Planning Commission and the Architectural Review
Board.  Also is the Tax Collector, responsible for all Payables
and Receivables for the Town, Permit Clerk, and is the Web Site Administrator.

THE TOWN HALL OFFICES AND STAFF ARE AT

The Clerks' Office is open Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.

The office has many forms and applications available, including Business License, Construction Applications, and any Permit applications needed.  These forms are also available to download thru this website under the "Government" drop-down menu, under "Forms and Applications".  

Town decals can be picked up at our office. You can fill out the application in our office, or you can go under the "Services" drop-down menu, and choose "Vehicle Decals" to download the application online. Cost is $15.00 for each decal, and the Office only accepts Checks or Cash. These decals are a one time only fee, and are good for as long as you're a resident of the Town.

We are also Notary Public's. When you bring in your document, bring a Photo ID, and make sure you sign it in front of the Clerk, not beforehand.

Any Citations issued from a Town of Haymarket Police officer should be paid at the Town Hall with a Check or Cash.
