The Clerks' Office is open Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm at the Town Hall.

The office has many forms and applications available, including Business License, Construction Applications, and any Permit applications needed.  These forms are also available to download thru this website under the "Government" drop-down menu, under "Forms and Applications".  

The office also has 3 Notaries on site.  No appointment is necessary.  Just walk in and we'll be glad to Notarize for you.

Vehicle Decals are available to pick up at the office. Come in and fill out the Application and get your Decal.  Or you can go under the "Services" drop-down menu, and choose "Vehicle Decals" to download the application online.

Cost is $15.00 for each decal, and the Office only accepts Checks or Cash.

Any Citations issued from a Town of Haymarket Police officer should be paid at Town Hall with a Check or Cash.
